Returns are only accepted when the item is damaged or faulty. If you are unfortunate enough to have to return a product please get in touch for an RMA number.
The customer is responsible for returning the product back to our premises/manufacturer please do remember to use an insured courier company if posting the product back, we will also try our best to facilitate a pick up service in the Dublin area but again we are confident in our products so hopefully you will never have to return a product.
After our manufacturers assess the product a full refund will be issued by your choice of payment method.
Any Item being returned that was ordered in error will incur a 20% re stocking charge
Any order can be cancelled without the customer incuring any charge as long as it is cancelled before 1.45 pm on the day it was placed
